Wickham Partners approach is to act as your representative and ensure you get the best possible outcome for your career. This requires a relationship driven approach that is based on trust and candour that we always strive to maintain for the longer term. In many cases, our success is derived from working with candidates that we have successfully placed more than once in their career. Candidates regularly become Clients and vice versa. At the heart of it all is the importance of retaining relationships that we have developed and cultivated over time.
Being your representative starts with getting to understand who you are and what you are looking to achieve in your next career move. If we engage with you, we will consult with you on what is best for your career, and we will do so objectively. We may advise you that moving now is not the right thing for you to do. We may consult with you on how best to apply your leadership skills to improve your current position or career prospects within your current company. We could put things on hold until the right role or opportunity comes along that we both know you would really want to hear about, rather than go for the role that got us talking in the first place. All of this is about building a solid relationship built on trust and candour, as mentioned above.
Wickham Partners is a small business and will remain so. We are selective in the candidates we work with because we recognise your abilities and want to represent you.
We do not publish job advertisements for every role we are mandated with, as discretion is often required.
