Philip Charsley - Managing Director:

Philip has over 20 years of recruitment & search experience in the Financial Services sector. As a Director for one of the largest recruitment firms in the City of London, he has led recruitment and search assignments from mid to executive level within Investment Banking, Equity Capital Markets, Equity Research and Regulatory Compliance. 

Philip published "Interview Preparation - Deconstructing the Interview Process" that has received excellent reviews and has conducted lectures on the subject to Graduate classes at Henley Business School, Oxford Brookes University and Queen Mary University - London as well as presenting a Masterclass for The Guardian newspaper. 

In his free time, Philip devotes his time to his family; his passion for music and walking his dog in the woods nearby.
